The house, designed by Richard Meier & Partners is located in the coastal mountain foothills of the Santa Ynez Valley, The masterplan and landscape architectural designs, while with Campbell and Campbell, are a modern interpretation of the local ranch style home where masses of low ground cover shrubs and site walls extend from the low linear main building to define spacious yet private garden spaces for each wing of the residence.
