The Emery Estate, built in by Myron Hunt in 1928, is a Tudor Revival residence on a 10 acre site in San Marino, CA. The current owners have meticulously restored original buildings and structures and reassembled adjacent parcels of the original estate. Site masterplan and garden planting designs include a new entry and perimeter wall with lush parkway plantings, meandering paths through the woodland gardens, formal terraced gardens for cutting, vegetables and grapes, and planting at residence to complement the original designs by Florence Yoch, which include a formal rose garden and reflection pond. The estate is listed as of 2011 with the National Register of Historic Places. Project Landscape Architect, with Campbell & Campbell.
