Conceived as a unique transit-oriented, mixed-use development in the historic mission district of South Pasadena, this public/private partnership with the City of South Pasadena, the State of California, the MTA, and Lampert development, is walking distance to the gold line light rail station. The original brick warehouse building is renovated into residential artist lofts and retail. A plaza between the buildings is lined on one side with trees to provide shaded courtyard seating for retail as well as entry to lofts and condominiums courtyards.
